Written by your faithful correspondents, Bry, NSm, RLu, JKa and DGr as DGr& JKa's kitchen is taken over for yet another brewing session. Fresh from NSm's successful salmonella stout which we tasted tonight, and with chicken beer chilling in the fridge it is time for BCa to attempt his first ever "solo" brew.

It is probably informative to note that BCa's opening comments upon arriving [late] to the BrewersBauhaus tonight was that he felt like an explorer in a strange land. Anywho with Mr Happy Cat extracted from the oven it is now time to hand over to BCa to write his own message about his brew.

BCa - they told me to put water in a pot and boil it, so i did.  they told me to warm a can of beer mix, so i did. they told me to add beer mix to water, so i did.  they told me to add ale yeast to tepid water and a little malt mix and wait for it to bubble, so i did.  they told me to add a packet of malt mix gradually to the pot and stir, so i did.  they told me to add a quarter pack of crystal malt, so i did.  they told me to go get more beer out of the fridge and drink it, i said brilliant! so i did.  i drank richard's baal pale ale and so i did. i remain. i am not an animal, i am an alcoholic angel, truly, i am not self-deceived.....often.

After large chunks of meat the team finished their filling of the bathwater beery goodness.  BCa, with with DGr's assistance suddenly realises that RLu is writing his blog.
